Just 4 short weeks ago we asked you to submit to us your website for a chance to win a full business-level website makeover and free 12-month website hosting. What a month! We received countless worthy website entries, but ultimately, we could only choose one lucky winner to receive the grand prize.
Our panel of Jarilo Design judges poured through the qualifying entries, reviewed each of the qualifying websites and scrutinized them on 6 web design basics:
- Searchability – Can the website be found on major search engines?
- Usability – Does the website present information in a clear and concise way?
- Navigation – Does the website navigation help customers reach their destination?
- Design – Does the look and feel of the website successfully communicate the business message?
- Content – Is there use of click-worthy, compelling content?
- Interactivity – Does the website encourage the customer to interact?
It quickly became apparent that one website was most in need of a makeover and we look forward to giving it a new lease of life online!
